About Us
DXM Building construction & projects was established in 2006 by Isaac David Mkhatswa. It’s a medium close corporation with a turnover of about R13 500 000.00 and a work force that constitutes of 550 highly skilled employees. We are focused primarily on construction projects and related services.
Currently the company’s head office is at 21 industrial estates, Warehouse 4, unit D, Purlin North Street, Sterkfontein, and Johannesburg. We work in all provinces with the same quality delivery. Currently we work at the private sector constructing flats, retirement villages with frail care hospitals and schools.
Over the past years we have delivered exceptional quality work with our 550 experienced personnel.
Our company also provide skills development; hence we take our employees annual to Saffec in Bedfordview for training. They are mentored to become successful, hence in the past 3 years, 25 plasters and bricklayers were promoted.
In the last 5years we achieved a lot with central development property group: our sites won best sites of the year in terms of quality and cleanest. In 2010 we won with the site manager named: Anton van Vuren.
In 2011 we won with Andrew Collen, in 2012 we won with Hendrick Hendricks, in 2013 we won Hendrick Hendricks, in 2014 we won with Bartus Foche, in 2015 we won with Niel Green
